DAVE. It was Rick's idea to take my guitars out of the first verse and it works really well, giving the listener a rest and giving the guitars more impact when they eventually turn up. It was also Rick's idea to re-record the guitars to turn a lot of my E minor chords into majors on the chorus. That was a good choice too as it makes the song more rocking and accessible.

RICK. Draper's Cool has a classic Bloomfield guitar solo. One of his best, in my opinion. I think the track benefits from a bit of space now and then. Cool.

JOHN. This is based on a dream I had set in the 60s. It was all about the TV series Mad Men, civil rights and music. The drumming was a bit of a challenge for me. I normally keep things simple but the verse is a bit whacky on the timing front. I love how the chorus just hits you in the face. Dave's solo is weird and wonderful.
