DAVE. There's some lovely bass playing going on here, given a little more space by the slightly less prominent guitars. An odd subject matter, The Collector, a stalking and romantic fantasy, all done before by Rick Astley of course.
RICK. Remember Me is one of my favourites. I think we really nailed the mix in this.
JOHN. I think this song is beautiful. To me it's sinister, sad, melancholy and heart-breaking.
lyrics
JUST ONE CLICK AND YOU'RE THERE
CAUGHT IN THE FRAME
A FACE
A MOMENT IN TIME
JUST ONE DREAM AND I PLAN
THE REST OF OUR LIVES
WE HAVE KIDS
WE GROW OLD
WE GO GREY
REMEMBER ME
I WAS THERE AT THE START
YOU ALWAYS HAD MY HEART
JUST ONE LOOK AND I'M YOURS
YOURS 'TIL THE END
DID YOU SEE
THE MAN IN THE CROWD?
ANOTHER DAY AND YOU'RE THERE
BUT SOMEBODY ELSE
THESE YEARS
WE GROW OLD
WE GO GREY
REMEMBER ME
I WAS THERE AT THE START
YOU ALWAYS HAD MY HEART
